1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for real-money gaming in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You must be legally permitted to use this service where you live. Access is prohibited where such games are restricted or unlawful, and you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws.
One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
2. Nature of the Service
ChessToEarn is a skill-based chess game played for real USDT stakes.
Matches may be played against other users or against the platform’s computer (AI) opponent, depending on availability.
Outcomes depend on play and involve financial risk. There is no guarantee of winnings — you may lose the amount you stake.
3. Fees and Limits
A 10% platform fee applies to match winnings. A 2% fee applies to withdrawals.
Minimum deposit is $5. Minimum withdrawal is $10, with a daily limit of $500 per account.
Withdrawals above $100 may be held for manual review. A minimum number of completed games may be required before your first withdrawal.
Fees and limits may change; material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Payments are made in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20 standard).
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are solely responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address; funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered.
Processing times depend on network confirmation and are typically under one minute.
5. Fair Play
Use of chess engines, external analysis tools, or any form of assistance during matches is strictly prohibited.
Multiple accounts, collusion, result manipulation, and abuse of bonuses or referrals are prohibited.
Accounts are subject to automated fair-play monitoring. Suspected violations may result in suspension and funds being withheld pending human review.
6. Responsible Gaming
Only play with money you can afford to lose. This service involves real financial risk.
If playing stops being enjoyable, take a break. You may request account closure at any time.
7. Accounts and Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts, and withhold funds, in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by applicable law.
We may request identity verification before processing withdrawals where required for compliance.
8. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, nor for losses arising from network, blockchain, wallet, or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes require re-acceptance in the app before you can continue playing or withdrawing.
